REFUNDS

We do NOT offer refunds if you 'change your mind'. Unless the product is faulty or we have made a mistake, a refund will NOT be approved.
It is your responsibility to check size charts to ensure you are choosing the correct item of clothing.
Our policy lasts 30 days - If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately as swimwear is made to order we are unable to offer an exchange.

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

PARCEL LIABILITY

Jalayimiya Swim cannot be held liable for missing or stolen parcels if the postal carrier can provide evidence of delivery to correct location. Once your parcel has been delivered, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the security of the parcel. We are not responsible for missing or stolen parcels for you however we will do our best to provide you with relevant information for you to make the claim directly to the courier. By making a purchase from our website, you understand and agree to these conditions.

Every product has a size guide with measurements along with suggested sizing for comfortable fit.
